Shirley Isobel (Thompson) Wade of Listowel passed away at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Saturday, February 7, 2026, in her 92nd year. Wife of the late Bill Wade.  Mother of Jim Wade & Dorothy Livsey of Wiarton, Deb & Jerry Donkersgoed of Gorrie, and the late Nancy Wade.  Grandmother of Jeff & Erika Donkersgoed, Rick Donkersgoed, and Ryan Wade.  Great-grandmother of Ellie and Morgan.  Sister of Marion & Barry Lovett of Ottawa, June Cox of Stratford, Robert & Christine Simpson of Brussels, and Alan & Bessie Simpson of Harriston. Predeceased by brother John Simpson and brothers-in-law Bill Cox and Bill Livingston. A celebration of Shirley’s life will be held at Harriston United Church on Friday, April 24, 2026 at 11:00am, with visitation one hour prior, and reception to follow. Interment in Harriston Cemetery.
