Lila Jane (Galbraith) Wade of Harriston passed away at Caressant Care, Harriston, on Friday, March 5, 2021 in her 87th year. Mother of Larry and Betty Wade of Harriston, and Glenn and Cathy Wade of Alliston. Remembered by her grandchildren Candice Wade, Adam and Randy Jo ‘R.J.’ Wade, Jennifer and Hans Roubos, Cheryl Wade and Glen Golden, Krista Wade and Tyler Crumbie, Stephanie and Darrin Reid, Andrea Wade and Adam Bourassa, Madelynn Wade, Gabrial Wade, and Olivea Wade, and by her great-grandchildren Aubrey Roubos, Emma Roubos, Livia Roubos, Leah Roubos, Regan Crumbie, Wyatt Crumbie, Lucas Wade, Cory James ‘C.J.’ Wade, Nathaniel Wade, Spencer Golden, Ryleigh Golden, Alison Reid, Haleigh Reid, Connor Reid, Sam Bourassa, and Lily Bourassa. Sister of Audrey Carr, Truman and Jean Galbraith, Laverne and Linda Galbraith, and Beverley Trudgeon. Predeceased by her son Brian Wade (2018), and by brothers Earl Galbraith, and Herman Galbraith, and by her sisters Ada Henderson, and Norma Gass. A family funeral service was held at Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston on Tuesday, March 9, 2021. Rev. Jessica Cottrell officiated. Interment in Grand Valley Cemetery.
