Monique Therese (Vallée) Valdes of Harriston passed away at Guelph General Hospital on Sunday, August 17, 2025, in her 64th year. Daughter of Julie (Carriere) Vallée of Cape Coral, Florida, and the late Jacques Vallée. Sister of André Vallée & Jocelyne Dufour of Quebec City, Quebec. Deeply missed aunt of Ashley Vallée & Lucas Rowe of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Kevin Vallée of Becancour, Quebec, Nathaniel Fournier & Ghia Labbeand of Embrun, Marlène Fournier & Joel Mercier of Coteau-du-Lac, Quebec, and Sébastien Fournier & Koree Burt of Timberlea, Nova Scotia, and great-aunt of Wynn, Tate, Brianne, Mederic, Olivier, Zoe, Jaimie, and Éli. Also sadly missed by her dear friends Cathy & John Franco of Fordwich, her school bus family, many cousins, and friends. A celebration of Monique’s life was held at the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston, on Friday, August 22, 2025 from 1:00 to 3:00pm. Memorial donations to Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
