Upper Grand Learning Foundation hosted fundraising gala
Fundraising gala – Working to continue to support student success, the Upper Grand Learning Foundation hosted a fundraising gala, that organizers hope will be the first of many, on the evening of May 27. The inaugural gala, which carried the theme of the Three R’s: Retro Rock ‘n Roll, took place at The Grandway Events Centre in Elora. Fundraising gala - Working to continue to support student success, the Upper Grand Learning Foundation hosted a fundraising gala, that organizers hope will be the first of many, on the evening of May 27. The inaugural gala, which carried the theme of the Three R’s: Retro Rock ‘n Roll, took place at The Grandway Events Centre in Elora. An art piece, created by a student at Norwell District Secondary School, was auctioned off for $700.

The evening included include dinner and drinks, live band and dance, and a silent/live auction.
