Upper Grand District students travel to Quebec for immersion experience

French visit - Each year, students and teachers from the Upper Grand District School Board travel to Quebec to immerse themselves in French culture and language. Between Feb. 9 and 12, 48 students and five teachers from UGDSB schools travelled to St. Donat, Quebec. Students on the trip included those taking part in core French or French immersion from Centennial Collegiate Vocational Institute, Centre Wellington District High School, Erin District High School, Guelph Collegiate Vocational Institute, Orangeville District Secondary School and Westside Secondary School. Students say they met new friends and created lasting memories.
