Tree planting for Earth Day
Planting trees – Getting the jump on Earth Day by planing trees at the County of Wellington Museum and Archives on April 21 were, from left: Senator Rob Black, county councillor Mary Lloyd and Centre Wellington Mayor Shawn Watters. Volunteers planted 15 new sugar maple trees during the event, which was organized by Tree Trust and NeighbourWoods. A large maple tree in front of the building, which is over 100 years old, received a trimming.
