FERGUS – The Elora Fergus Arts Council (EFAC) presents the next installment of its 2025 Art Talks Series, featuring master goldsmith and EFAC member Tony DeLuca.
Join DeLuca, seasoned jewelry artist, for an engaging Art Talk exploring the world of fine jewelry design, traditional casting techniques, and the vibrant local art scene.
DeLuca will share insights into his unique approach to silver casting with cuttlefish, an ancient technique that creates one-of-a-kind textures and designs.

The event will take place on March 2 at the Local Pieces Gallery, from 2 to 3:30pm in Fergus. Tickets will be sold for $10 at the door.
DeLuca manages Local Pieces Gallery where he curates exhibitions and promotes the work of local artists. He is also the force behind the Fergus Cogs and Clockwork Steampunk Festival.

Art Talk Series
Established in 2015 to celebrate the Elora Arts Council’s 30th anniversary, the Art Talk Series continues to highlight the artistic talent residing in the community.
Through engaging presentations, audiences gain deeper insight into the artists’ lives, their creative processes, and the stories behind their work.
The next talk is scheduled for March 27 at 2pm, at the Fergus Library. It will be hosted by Michael Madden who will speak on designing worlds for the silver screen.
