SWACKHAMER, Diane Elaine
Passed away peacefully, at age 74, at Hospice Wellington, Guelph, on Sunday, October 31, 2021. Diane is survived by her brother Ross Swackhamer (Marion), and sister-in-law Doris Swackhamer. Predeceased by her parents Chris and Elsie Swackhamer, and brother Jim Swackhamer. She was aunt to Kim Wheeler (Andrew), Glen Swackhamer (Cassandra), Lisa Boyle (Sean), Tammy Konieczny (Jeff), and Jason Swackhamer. Great Aunt to Madeline and Aiden Wheeler, Max and Kai Swackhamer, Zachary, Josh and Nathan Boyle, Jenna and Elena Konieczny, Ashlee, Alysha and Austin Swackhamer. Cremation has taken place, with interment at Fairview Cemetery, Acton. The family would like to thank everyone for their compassion and prayers. We would like to thank the wonderful caring staff at the Guelph General Hospital, and at Hospice Wellington. We also would like to thank the staff at Mackinnon Family Funeral Home.
