STEPHENS, Patrick John
Passed away peacefully at Grand River Hospital in Kitchener, with his family by his side. Beloved husband of Christine; loving father of Lesley (Mark) Woods and Christopher (Valerie) Stephens; proud grandpa of Shannon, Jack, Audrey, and Declan. Pat will be missed by many family members and friends. The family will be honouring Pat with a celebration of life at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Pat may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, and are greatly appreciated by his family.
