SMITH, Marie (Langdon)
Of Arthur and formerly of Monteith passed away peacefully at the Caressant Care Nursing Home, Arthur on Wednesday, October 7, 2026 in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Ray Smith (2025). Loving mother of Donna and Terry Smith of Mildmay, Denise and Brian Preston of Arthur and Doug and Sharlene Smith of Monteith. Dear grandmother of Samantha and Adam, Dan, David and Olivia, Samantha and Dillon, Rebecca and Zach and great grandmother of Bently, Karter, Judith Rae. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by her parents Ray and Isola Langdon and brother Donny. A special thanks to the staff at Caressant Care for their care and support. To honour Marie’s wishes cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held in Monteith and interment in Monteith Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the Crawford Funeral Chapel, Arthur.
