SMITH, “Bud” Walter John
Passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by his loving family, on Saturday, September 11, 2021 in his 78th year. Beloved husband for 54 years to Maureen (nee Laythorpe). Loving father of Shannon Smith, Lynn Walser (Dwayne) and Dawn Miller (Dan). Devoted grandfather of Sabrina Beaulieu (Syd), Justin Beaulieu, Jessica Coverdale (Ryan), Courtney Coverdale (Tyler) and Ryan Miller and great grandfather of Aubree, Ryder and Carson Lillie. A Celebration of Bud’s Life will be held at the Elora Legion, 110 Metcalfe Street in Elora, Ontario, on Saturday, October 2nd, 2021 from 2:00 to 6:00pm. Memorial donations can be directed to Groves Memorial Hospital or the Canadian Cancer Society.
