Site plan for auto shop approved
Councillors here have passed a bylaw needed to authorize the execution of a site plan agreement between the municipality and Peter Walker for a property at 227 Industrial Drive in Mount Forest
At the time its passing, the lands were described as vacant, and the bylaw stated the owner wished to construct an industrial building.
Mayor Mike Broomhead said it is the site of Peter Walker’s auto shop.
Asking if there were any questions, Broomhead noted the proponents had hoped to start as soon as possible.
He believed the framers would be on site as soon as council adopted the bylaw.
