Doug Tripp’s 452-word letter reminds me of a quote by Einstein: “If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it well enough.”
Two brothers with the Walkerton Public Utilities Commission (PUC) neglected to submit water samples to the lab in a timely manner. They were charged, admitted to falsifying records and pled guilty to common nuisance. One went to jail and one was under house arrest.
As for Agenda 21’s Precautionary Principal, when universally applied, all waterways will be off limits to humans for any purpose whatsoever.
