Showcase set for September 17 in Clifford
A community event showcase will be held Sept. 17 at the Community Hall in Clifford.
The event, sponsored by the Clifford Recreation Association, begins at 6 pm with a barbecue. Prizes will be handed out to those who are lucky enough to win. Cheque presentations for the new Sports fields at the Clifford Rotary Park will begin at 7pm.
Displays by local businessesses, volunteer organizations, service clubs, and churches will be set up and local residents will be recognized for their volunteer efforts.
The Town of Minto will also be hosting a mass Sports registration.
