Scott Helman to headline Inspiration Guelph in November

GUELPH - Inspiration Guelph is set to return to the River Run Centre on Nov. 5 this year with four-time Juno Award nominee Scott Helman as the headliner.

In its 8th year, this concert raises funds for the Children’s Foundation of Guelph and Wellington’s Free to Grow program.

With the economic impacts of COVID-19 affecting many local organizations, the Children’s Foundation has seen an increase in demand for financial support and family resources.

Stage Wars

To help pick the first performer of the event, Inspiration is holding a contest called Stage Wars. Entrants are asked to enter with an MP3 or MP4 of themselves or their band, and the performances will be reviewed by a set of judges. The winner will receive a $1,000 cash prize, the opportunity to perform at Inspiration Guelph in November, as well as a performance of an original song on Magic 106.1 FM.
