Schaus, Gary Henry

of Clifford passed away at Walkerton Hospital, on Thursday, June 25, 2020, in his 78th year. Husband of the late Gloria Schaus (2010). Father of Heather Schaus of Harriston, Michael and Tracey Schaus of Clifford, and Lisa Schaus of Clifford. Brother of Ray and Dianne Schaus of Clifford, and loved also by his many nieces and nephews. Brother-in-law of Vera and Frank Lappano of St. Catharines, Bruce Aitken of Bracebridge, Ferne and Wes Abel of Dunkeld, and Clark and Mary Lynn Aitken of Kent Bridge. Predeceased by his infant son, sister-in-law Kathy Aitken, and by his parents Eugene and Erna (Buhrow) Schaus. A private family funeral service was held at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Clifford on Monday, June 29th at 1:30pm, with public visitation from 12:00 noon until 1:30pm. Pastor Jody Rinas officiated. The service has been recorded and the link is available on the funeral home website. Interment in Clifford Cemetery, Clifford.
