SAUNDERS, Stephen James
Passed away peacefully with his loving family at his side at Groves Hospital in Fergus, ON at the age of 75. Stephen was a loving husband and companion to Wanda for 50 years. He was a loving father to Brandie (Eric) and Katie and a beloved grandfather to Mackenzie (partner Cole). Cherished brother to Violet (Tom), Joyce, Julie (Uwe), Maureen and Diane. Stephen was predeceased by his brothers-in-law Jack, Dave and Frank. He will be missed by his many nieces and nephews and other extended family members. Stephen was loved dearly by many of his ‘Date Day’ friends and his special friends at ‘Bingo.’ A private interment will be held at Belsyde Cemetery. A celebration of Stephen’s life will be held from 2:00pm - 4:00pm on Thursday, April 23, 2026 in the Wellington Room at Graham A Giddy Funeral Home, 280 St. David St. S. Fergus, ON, (519) 843-3100.
