SAUNDERS, Margaret
It is with deep love and sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Margaret Lynne Saunders, a mother, grandmother, and friend at the age of 83, on February 3, 2026. She lived a long and meaningful life centered on family, kindness, and quiet strength. She moved from Toronto to a farm in East Garafraxa in 1972 to continue raising her family. She loved living somewhere where she could have lots of animals to care for. Lynne enjoyed being involved in the pony club, the figure skating club, and her church’s youth group. She moved through life with charm and grace, always happy to engage in a spirited discussion and a good game of cribbage. Lynne is survived by her three daughters, Kim (Dennis), Nikki (Robert), and Penny. As well as grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her friends and neighbours whom she always had a kind word to share, as well as books, and stories. She will be remembered for her generous heart, her resilience, and her devotion to her passions. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
