Santa arrived in Alma for a Candy Cane Christmas

Charlie Brown Christmas – Snoopy joined Santa for the Alma Optimists Christmas parade on Dec. 18, making his way through the village on a float featuring a Charlie Brown Christmas theme.

This small but mighty steed pulled a sleigh guided by Rudolph.

The last ride – Santa Claus made his final parade stop in Wellington County on Dec. 19 at the Alma Optimist Club’s Santa Claus Parade. The jolly man was joined by his little elves from Lloyd Scott Enterprises.

Even cows from Wark Milk Transport embraced this year’s parade them, which was Candy Cane Christmas.

Alma parade – This Alma Bible Church float was one of many colourful entries in the Alma Optimist Club’s Santa Claus Parade on Dec. 19. The theme for this year’s parade, which marked the final parade stop in Wellington County for Santa Claus, was “Candy Cane Christmas.”

Santa rode into Alma in unforgettable style.
