ROWE, Anne (nee Carr)
Passed away peacefully at the Wellington Terrace, on Sunday, December 19th, 2021 in her 85th year. Anne will be greatly missed by her loving husband Anthony (Tony) C. B. Rowe. Beloved mother of Stephen and Richard. Private family service to be conducted. Memorial donations can be directed to the Alzheimer’s Society.
