ROGERS, Thomas Frederick
Passed away peacefully, knowing the love and strength of his family, at Groves Memorial Hospital, Fergus, on Tuesday, October 20, 2026. He was in his 68th year and resided in Fergus. Cherished and much-loved husband of Pat (née Woods). Remembered by his son Shawn Rogers. He will be greatly missed by his granddaughter Samantha Rogers, grandsons Davis and Bentley Rogers, and great-grandchildren Hayleigh, Grayson, and Elijah. Dear brother of Kathy Broeckel (Dave), Reona Goetz (Kevin), Joy Campbell (John), Rick (Cindy), Judy Piercy, Steve (Brenda), and Mike. Missed by many nieces and nephews, sisters-in-law, and brothers-in-law. Predeceased by his parents Reona (née Godin) and Albert Rogers. Tom took great pride in the many gardens that he looked after in the Fergus/Elora area, including his own. A time to remember and honor Tom will be held at Grace Christian Fellowship Church, 35 Farley Rd, Fergus on Saturday, November 7th, from 2–4pm. Interment will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Elora. Arrangements are entrusted to the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home, 280 St. David Street South, Fergus. Expressions of remembrance may be made to the Groves Memorial Community Hospital.
