River Run Centre hosts seven-time Juno winner

GUELPH – Guelph Collegiate Vocational Institute’s chamber choir performed with seven-time Juno winner and Order of Canada recipient Susan Aglukark at the River Run Centre on Dec. 7.

Aglukark is the first Inuk artist to win a Juno and sang in both Inuktitut and English. Choir student Tuuli said performing with Aglukark was an honour. “I listened to Susan as a child, and it feels really surreal being able to perform with her on stage now.”
