Residents invited to community events supporting Hospice Wellington
WELLINGTON COUNTY – A trio of events are being hosted by community members and organizations in support of Hospice Wellington.
Vintage Power
A Vintage Power event showcasing pre-1975 vintage tractors is set to run Aug. 29, from 9am to 6pm, and Aug. 30, from 9am to 3pm, at 4584 County Road 32 in Puslinch.
The event is free to attend with a food truck on site.
Guelph yoga, wellness
Hosted by Kirstie Griffiths and Linamar, the Guelph Yoga and Wellness Festival is set to take place Aug. 30, from 8am to 4:30pm, at the Frank Hasenfratz Centre For Excellence In Manufacturing.
The event will feature yoga and mind and body classes, a raffle, and health and wellness exhibits.

Final Ride for Matt
A Ride for Matt is set to take place Sept. 26 at the Puslinch Optimist Recreation Centre.
The event will mark the final ride in memory of Matt Funkenhauser, a previous Hospice Wellington resident.
Organizers welcome “friends, family, car lovers and automotive enthusiasts” to join them for an afternoon filled with cars, motorcycles, trucks, a BBQ and laughter.
