Removal of designation on some lots
The holding designation may be removed from some of the lots in the Mini Lake community development here.
Wellington County planner Sarah Wilhelm wrote to council regarding the owner’s proposal to remove the holding zone for five lots in the community.
Wilhelm wrote that her office did not object to the move, providing council is satisfied servicing is completed to allow for full-time use.
She also noted the development agreement regarding occupation, operation and maintenance of the services and financial arrangements should also be registered on title.
She said where the site is being converted from seasonal to year round use, the chief building official will need to issue an occupancy.
Council endorsed a bylaw removing the holding designation for the requested sites.
