Of Arthur passed away peacefully at the Groves Memorial Hospital, Fergus on Monday, March 21, 2022 in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Marion (Collyer) for 67 years. Dear father of Tony and Lupe Ratcliffe of Alberta and Dave and Christine Ratcliffe of Arthur. Grandfather of Andrew Ratcliffe of Alberta. Hugh will be remembered by his extended family in the United Kingdom as well as his friends. To honour Hugh’s wishes cremation has taken place. The family would like to thank the Doctors, Nurses and Staff at Groves Memorial Hospital for their care and compassion. Arrangements entrusted to the Crawford Funeral Chapel, Arthur.
