PYKE, Robert (Bob) Neil
Bob passed away peacefully with family by his side on October 17, 2021 at the age of 88. He was predeceased by the love of his life, wife Jean (61 years of marriage), sons Garry and Rob, grandson Matthew and daughter in law Bonnie Ewen. Forever loved by sons Dan and Tim (Becky) and daughter in law Cathy. Beloved Grandpa to Bryan (Veronica), Dylan (Ashley) Sarah, Curtis, Reed and Spencer (Steph), and Erin. Great Grandpa to Levi. Bob will be missed by his loving sister Myrna. He was predeceased by 12 siblings. Bob was first and foremost a family man, a true gentleman and people person who always showed kindness. He cheered loudly for the Maple Leafs, Argos and Blue Jays. Music and singing brought him so much joy. Thanks to the Wellington Terrace for their exceptional care for Bob in his final years. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada or the Wellington Terrace Long Term Care Home. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 24th between 2:00 and 5:00pm. A private service will be held at a later date.
