Principals at Norwell, and College Heights swapping positions
PALMERSTON - Norwell District Secondary School will have a new principal when school reopens in September.
The Upper Grand District School Board announced several secondary school principal and vice-principal transfers and appointments on June 26.
Current Norwell principal Paul Richard has been transferred to College Heights Secondary School in Guelph, where he will be principal. Richard has been principal at the Palmerston secondary school since June of 2014.
Francis Noventa, currently principal at College Heights, will take over as principal at Norwell.
