Police, firefighters face off in charity hockey game
PALMERSTON – On Jan. 24, Wellington County OPP will take on the Palmerston Firefighters Association in an annual charity hockey game.
The game is scheduled for 7pm at the Palmerston Arena and admission is by donation.
All proceeds will go to the Palmerston Food Bank.
2025 fundraiser
Last year, the event raised $2,000 for the Palmerston and District Hospital Foundation’s MRI+ Campaign.
The OPP team won 6-5 in overtime.
