PEREIRA, Marcia Ann (Offord)
Marcia Ann (Offord) Pereira of Palmerston passed away peacefully at Palmerston & District Hospital on Friday, July 31, 2026, at the age of 63. Marcia was a devoted mother to Gabrielle Pereira and Ryan Coveney, and Matthew Pereira and Sarah Court, all of Palmerston. She was a proud and loving grandmother to Benjamin Pereira and Maddison Pereira, who brought her endless joy and were the light of her life. She is lovingly remembered by her sisters, Carmel and Charlie Reddy of Keswick, and Ann and Kevin Church of Harriston, as well as by her dear friend, Raymond Armstrong. Marcia was predeceased by her husband, Jose Pereira. Marcia had an amazing sense of humour that could brighten any room and bring smiles to those around her. She found happiness in life’s simple pleasures—baking treats for family and friends, knitting thoughtful gifts made with love, and spending precious time with her grandchildren. She will be remembered for her warm heart, quick wit, generous spirit, and the love she so freely shared with everyone fortunate enough to know her. In keeping with Marcia’s wishes, private family arrangements have been entrusted to Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston.
