PENTZ, Cecilia (Morgenstern)
Born September 13, 1931. Passed away peacefully in her 88th year at Heritage House in St. Jacobs on December 28, 2019. Beloved wife of the late Mathias Pentz (2015). Devoted and loving mother of Cecilia Cassie (Doug) of Elora, Katie Holle (John) of Waterloo, and Fred Pentz (Patti) of Sarnia. Cherished and loving Oma to her grandchildren David Cassie (Erika) of Guelph, Matthew Cassie (Sarah) of Fergus, Nicole Shields (Rob) of Elmira, Zack Holle (Robbi) of Elmira, Kevin Pentz of Toronto and Sarah Pentz of Sarnia. Great grandmother to Jordan and Brooke Cassie, Olivia and Mitchel Cassie and Ella Shields. Predeceased by her mother Katharina Morgenstern (1978) and great granddaughter Madelyn Cassie in infancy (2016). The family extends a special thank you to the PSWs, nurses, and staff at Heritage House for their loving care of mom. Cremation has taken place. A private interment at a future date will be held at Belsyde Cemetery in Fergus. Arrangements are entrusted to Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home in Waterloo.
