PARKER, Florene (nee Godkin)
of Erin, ON passed away on Thursday, December 17, 2020 one week before her 106th birthday. She is the last of her immediate family including nine brothers and sisters. Predeceased by her husband Charles Eric Parker (1974), her son-in-law Adriaan Van Dongen (2010), her grandson Mark Van Dongen (2014). Survived by her daughters Elizabeth Van Dongen, London and Brenda Parker of Erin. Cremation has taken place. Arrangements are entrusted to MacIntyre Funeral Home, 5399 Wellington Road 52, Erin. A Celebration of Florene’s Life will be held in the spring. Mum will be interred beside Dad in the People’s Cemetery, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. The family also sends heartfelt appreciation to Bayshore Home Services for their compassion during Florene’s last few days.
