ELORA – The Ontario Craft Gin Trail hosted its Craft Gin Festival on the grounds of the Elora Centre for the Arts on June 7. The event saw gin enthusiasts from far and wide drop in to taste what local distilleries are producing. The event features plenty of local distilleries, including Elora Distilling Co., Paradigm Spirits Co., Dixon’s Distilled Spirits, Maverick Distillery Limited, John Sleeman and Sons – Spring Mill Distillery, Willibald Farm Distillery and Brewery, Last Straw Distillery, Manns Distillery, Junction 56 and Silver Fox Distillery. The event also featured live music, games and a chance to socialize.
