ELORA –  located on the corner of Elora’s Geddes and Church Streets had its official opening the week before Christmas. Owner Twila Erb’s vision was to create a warm and welcoming coffee shop that feels like home. The signature Wild Ginger coffee is transparently traded from growers in Burundi, and a percentage of the cafe’s profits goes to support Elora House, a safe house for female victims of human trafficking and women who have been exploited.
