Ira Sanford Newton of Harriston, passed away at Harriston Retirement Residence on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 in his 87th year. Brother of Dorothy Emke and her husband Russell of Elmwood. Predeceased by his brothers Ralph Newton and wife Carol, Lloyd Newton and wife Beulah, sisters Betty Newton, and infant Velma Newton, and by his parents Howard and Jessie (Newman) Newton. A private family funeral service was held at Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston, on Friday, October 1, 2021 at 11:00am. Interment in Harriston Cemetery.
