NEWMAN, Leona Dianne

Passed away at home, with family by her side, on Tuesday, April 16th, 2019. Leona was the loving mother of Tim (Sue), Glenn (Bernice), Mark (Darlene), Leonard, and Amy (Dave). Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Christine, Tanya, Amanda, Atlanta, Nicole, Ryan, Trevor, Devon, Ashley, Eric, Terra, and Dee; and great grandma of nine. Leona is also remembered by her brothers Ken (late Carol), Steve (Norma), and many nieces, nephews, and her special feline companion “Jack”. Leona was predeceased by her parents Archie and Isobel Smith; her two husbands, Harry Snyder and John Newman; and a grandchild, Leslie. A Celebration of Life honoring Leona will be held at The Royal Canadian Legion, 15 Wright Ave, Acton, ON, on Friday, April 26, 2019.
