New sewing club has first meeting

The first meeting of our new Sewing Club in Centre Wellington was held in the OMAFRA office in Elora.
We opened our meeting with the 4H Pledge and our roll call. Name three parts of a sewing machine.
We talked about sewing machines and learned how to sew straight lines. We practiced using the sewing machines. The meeting closed with our 4H Motto: Learn to Do by Doing.
4H leaders for the Centre Wellington 4H Club are Mary Fraser, Linda Wing and Irene Bultena.
