ERIN – On Dec. 11 work crews removed the decades-old arena scoreboard from Centre 2000 in Erin and replaced it with a modern LED digital display board. According to a Town of Erin press release, the new scoreboard, from manufacturer Nevco, is larger and displays player and game information. The $16,000 pre-tax cost of the board is being funded by an Ontario Community and Culture grant.
