New owners hold re-opening ribbon cutting event
Ribbon cutting – A business that has been operating for about 20 years has new owners. A re-opening ceremony was held at Cut and Design on Aug. 17. The business is located behind McDonald’s on the south end of Fergus and specializes in hair design.
