New camera idea

Dear Editor:

If there is a major concern about speed cameras, then why not install stop sign cameras?

Place an appropriate number of stop signs equipped with cameras along the streets in question. The effect is obvious; traffic slows to a crawl, kids are safe and council continues to “pick” the pockets of upstanding citizens.

This way everybody is happy, sad or pissed off. Sounds like good government to me (not).
