Moving on

Dear Editor:

I’m moving to Stratford. My house sold on Jan. 24 and I had to move by Feb. 26.

Knowing I wouldn’t have time to say a proper goodbye is disappointing to me. So many of you in Belwood, Fergus and Elora have become friends since our move from Brampton to Belwood in 1991. That includes the Belwood Lions Club and the Clydesdale Club, the Not So Grand Players and the Victoria Park Seniors Centre.

In 2004 Bill and I moved to St. Andrew Street East in Fergus. My neighbours have been so kind since Bill’s death in 2017.

Finally, I decided it was time to be closer to my daughter in Stratford. I will miss you all!
