Moorefield Optimist Club’s Tin Can Classic
Straight toss - There was no ice on Feb. 1 for the Moorefield Optimist Club’s Tin Can Classic (tin can curling), but that didn’t stop teams from coming out and enjoying the weather with a cornhole tournament. Cornhole tourney -  A lack of ice forced the cancellation of the Moorefield Optimist Club’s Tin Can Classic (tin can curling)  but teams showed up to compete in a cornhole tournament instead. Teams took turns playing rounds with bean bags on the rink surface at the Moorefield Optimist Hall.
