MICHALSKY, Russ ‘Chick’

Russell Stephen Michalsky of Clifford passed away at Groves Hospital, Fergus on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 in his 67th year. Husband of the late Eleanor (Grimes) Michalsky. Father of Glenn McGarroch & Sean Gregor of Vancouver, Sherri McGarroch of Trenton, Tracy Kiesau & Mike Wick of Harriston, Rob & Holly Kiesau of Mount Forest, Brandi McGarroch of Trenton, and Crystal McGarroch of Trenton. Grandfather of Arabella, Adrianna, James, David, Abby, Nolan, Cody, Brooklyn, Owen, Ashley, Ainsley, and Baileigh. Brother of Darlene Michalsky, Val & Barry Foley, and Mary & Ed MacDonald. Predeceased by his parents Russell and Ebby (Avery) Michalsky, and by his brother Glen Michalsky. Russ ‘Chick’ had a love for motorcycles, tinkering with cars, and enjoyed a summer bar-b-que with family and friends. He loved to have a chat, whether it be with a coffee or a beer. For Russ, going for a drive with no set destination was a great way to spend a day. He was always smiling and willing to help where needed.  Family arrangements with interment in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Orangeville, have been entrusted to the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston.
