MEEREBOER, Ruud

Passed away suddenly on July 1 at the age of 59. Ruud was a loving husband to Lucille, proud father of Aranea, Katya, Robelle, Kjeld and Thiska and affectionate big brother to Mariette (Jorge). He was also an excellent pet-parent to our goose, Goosey, and our pig, Mandrake. True to his Dutch heritage, it was often a case of wooden shoes, wooden head, wouldn’t listen. But we all learnt that he showed his love and affection through deeds and not words. He will be truly missed.
