McCORKINDALE, Helen Frances Cook
Passed away peacefully on October 9, 2025 after a short illness. Born in Toronto on July 30, 1930, she was the only child of Thomas Cook, from Manchester, England and Margaret McElroy born in Elora. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Harvey McCorkindale who served in the Royal Canadian Air Force. An adventure that saw them live in France, Ontario, Alberta and Manitoba before they retired in Elora where she had spent summers with her Grandmother while growing up. She will be lovingly remembered by her son, Paul (Heather), granddaughter Sarah (Conner) and great grandson Logan. A private internment has taken place at St Mary’s Cemetery in Elora.
