Market season - The first Mapleton Farmers Market of the season was held on June 1 in the municipal parking lot in Drayton. Vendors including Hometown Honey and Harwill Farms offered everything from honey to pickled produce.

Harwill Farms offered pickled produce.
Mapleton Township recreation manager Amy Grose, left and economic development and marketing coordinator Aly Hill greeted visitors. This year markets will be held on the first and third Wednesday of the month between June and September.
