Following a short illness, Patricia passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family at Mississauga Hospital on Sunday, August 23rd, 2026 at the age of 82. Dear sister of Leonard (late Theresa, 2024) Manion, and Mary (Ken) Mulhall. Predeceased by her beloved parents Austin (1984) and Ursula (1993) Manion, and sister Elaine (1993). Survived by her nieces and nephews: Mary Manion, John (Vicki) Manion, Leo (Nereda) Manion, Michael (Stacey) Manion, Gerald (Sheri) Mulhall, and Krystal Mulhall. A longtime member of the Catholic Women’s League and the Royal Canadian Legion, Patricia was also a dedicated crossing guard for many years. She took great pride in helping children safely on their way and was a familiar, friendly face in the community. In her spare time, she loved to dance and bowl. Visitation was held at the England Funeral Home, 294 Main Street South, Mount Forest, on Friday, August 28th from 6:00-9:00pm with prayers at 8:45pm. The Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Mary of the Purification Roman Catholic Church, 310 Parkside Drive, Mount Forest, on Saturday, August 29th at 10:00am. Immediately following, all were invited to the church hall for refreshments and fellowship. Cremation followed and interment will take place at St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Proton.
