MAINLAND, Robert
Formerly of West Luther passed away peacefully at Strathcona Long Term Care Mount Forest on Friday, December 12, 2025 in his 80th year. Beloved husband of Dorothy for 19 years. Stepfather of William Jackson of Mattawa, Robyn Jackson and David MacArthur of Arthur Tracey and Brent Wanless of Wellington North. Brother of Alice Kerr of Waterloo. Brother-in-law of Marnie Mainland and Reg Horney. Bob will be missed by Dorothy’s grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as by his nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by his siblings Evelyn Horney, Bill Mainland and brother-in-law Jim Kerr. To honour Bob’s wishes cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service of Remembrance was be held in the Crawford Funeral Chapel, 243 George Street, Arthur on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 11:00am. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Kidney Foundation or Charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
