MacDONALD, Daniel (Dan) Leslie
Dan passed away peacefully on Monday, March 18, 2024 in his home in Arthur. He was surrounded by family. He is survived by his wife and bestfriend Judy (nee Ziegler), his daughters Kimberley (Doug) Pendleton, Kelly (Tony) Arcaro and Marie (Kathy) MacDonald. Loving grandfather of Jasmine (Kyle) Andricopoulos, Johnathan (Kadie-lynn) Pendleton, Rebecca (Angus) Pendleton, Grace Pendleton, Anthony (Ariel) Arcaro and Danny Arcaro. Additionally, Dan is survived by his brothers Wayne (Nina) MacDonald and Scott MacDonald. Predeceased by his parents Elsie (Nee Geddes) and Leslie MacDonald as well as his sister Gloria Eby (John). The entire family would like to send a heartfelt thank-you to all of his caregivers at Grand River Cancer Center in Waterloo. We also wish to thank the entire Palliative Care Team at Bayshore Healthcare for providing excellent care in his home. We cannot thank you enough. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life for Dan will be announced in the near future. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in his name be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
