RICHMOND HILL – On May 3, the Multiple Districts A of Lions Club International held the annual Effective Speaking Contest in Richmond Hill, in both English and French. Belwood and District Lions belong to District A 15, which includes eight clubs and one branch club. The district had four participants, one in French and three in English.
