Linton hoping to address minister on water taking

Centre Wellington Mayor Kelly Linton is hoping to speak to the Minister of Environment and Climate Change at the Association of Municipalities of Ontario conference in August.

“We haven’t heard whether we’ve been able to be listed as a delegation,” said Linton.

If successful, it would give Centre Wellington a chance to speak about water taking in Centre Wellington, he said.

Linton said Wellington-Halton Hills MPP Ted Arnott is helping to set up a meeting and offered a letter of support.
